We use the information that you have given us to provide accurate results that we send to you.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep your request form with your name, address, date of birth, doctor name or company that has requested your tests for one year. We will then dispose of your information by completely deleting it or if, in physical form, all paperwork will be shredded using Cross-Cut Shredder Security Level P-4.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
